Incredible!
I can't go back to not using this. Awesome for gaming or general use. I had a bad habit of always keeping my wrist planted while using my mouse, this fixes that by keeping my wrist raised and comfortable. I would say my aim has improved greatly since I started using this! Which is worth 5 stars by itself lol

One tool of many to be more ergonomic, worth the price if youve got the extra cash
I just got a gaming PC after wanting one for years and i got to GAMING. And my wrist/hand definitely felt it quickly. once that happened, i did some looking around to find some carpal tunnel/wrist pain solutions and came across the Carpio. Looked up more reviews, it looked good, I figured lets give it a try. Ive had it now for like a week or so and lemme tell yo its great. Youll get the most benefit out of it if you make sure your desk and arm at at the right levels, but once you hit that spot, this thing is 10/10. The first few days your hand will forget its there and youll have to fidget back into the mold, but once you make it a habit its fantastic. Theres a version with a wrist attachment so it seems to just stay on your palm till you take it off but i cant speak to that model. Havent had any wrist issues and im even noticing its helping me change up my mouse handling which has been helping me aim better when i play, nice little side effect. If you have the money to spend, this is a GREAT tool to have, but dont forget to adjust other things that wont cost you money (desk/seat height) if you can and THEN consider buying this. We live in tough times sadly!

Technically works, but not ergonomic. Also not recommended for tasks with lots of mouse movements
Got this after watching a youtuber recommend it. And immediately after getting it, I see some problems. First off, it technically does its job, it's unique in it moves around when you use your mouse and supports your wrist at the same time. It is just not comfortable nor adjustable. Both sizes definitely need some changes, it would be nice if the product could have a be more flexibility or the product itself could be adjustable, so the space between the two halves can be shifted. I would also prefer a softer top like gel I see on other hand rest products. (This would literally solve most of this product's problems) My wrist is incredibly small, so for me, the ergonomics are terrible. This is due to the way the product is shaped, so the outer edges of the product almost push into my palm since it's too small, as well as the edges in the center where the middle space is. So while I am not getting carpal tunnel, it's certainly not encouraging me to use it often or for long periods of time. Then there is usability. It advertises that it moves smoothly with your wrist as you move your mouse, but I can assure you that on a mouse pad, it does not. I can feel some resistance of the top center when moving my mouse downwards.

Helped my husband so much
My husband loves spending a lot of time every day gaming on his PC. For a few months he was suffering from carpal tunnel. He got a brace to wear at night and sometimes during the day while he was on the computer and in pain, and he wore it often for a couple months. But the pain in his wrist and the numbness in his hand didn’t go away completely. It would fluctuate and maybe go away for a few days but then come back. I saw an ad for this and thought about it for a few days - it’s kinda pricy. I decided to buy it as a surprise gift for him. So I bought it just over a month ago. So, He’s been using it for a month. But it only took a week or less for his symptoms to go away. He fell in love with this wrist support/rest immediately. It feels comfortable and glides easily. His carpal tunnel went away quickly and hasn’t been back at all since. He says he’s going to continue using this forever, it just feels more comfortable and natural than using his mouse without. Maybe we will get another for him to use with his keyboard but for now he’s just using it on his right hand with his mouse. He’s so happy and I’m so thankful his pain is gone!!! This little thing really works!

Some Potential, But Ultimately Falls Short
I recently tried the DELTAHUB Carpio 2.0 in hopes of improving my daily comfort while typing and using a computer mouse. After hearing quite a bit of buzz about its ergonomic design, my expectations were reasonably high. Unfortunately, my experience was, at best, mediocre. First, I found the placement of the Carpio 2.0 to be somewhat awkward. Whether I was typing or navigating with my mouse, I struggled to find a position that felt natural. Instead of blending seamlessly into my workflow, it seemed to demand constant adjustment and never truly felt like an extension of my hand. Additionally, the overall feel was uncomfortably rigid. I was hoping for a supportive glide under my palm or wrist, but the material and shape left me wishing for more cushioning and flexibility. The device didn't offer the type of ergonomic enhancement I was looking for—it certainly didn’t help relieve any tension or discomfort during extended use. In fact, I sometimes felt more strain as I tried to adapt to its odd fit. In summary, while I appreciate the idea behind the DELTAHUB Carpio 2.0, it simply didn’t deliver on its ergonomic promises for me. It might work for others with different preferences or setups, but those seeking substantial relief from wrist fatigue may want to look elsewhere.

Surprisingly Comfortable
Honestly does what it advertises and its really relieved the strain on my wrist bone. Can definitely sit at this wretched computer longer lmao. Just have to use it on the desk rather than a mouse pad.

It may be relatively expensive, but it works so much better than the cheaper alternatives. I have a cheap one that I use while working, reserving this for gaming sessions. Overall they're comparable on the levels of comfort. But these glide on a mouse mat so much easier. There's less inertia, and the movement's smoother. Although I guess depending on the type of game you're playing that might not be a benefit. I'd say it's definitely worth it if you're feeling the pressure on your Carpal bones.

Like what most reviewers are saying about this product I never thought I needed this as I thought it would be a gimmick but ever since I bought it I can't go back to not using it as it makes my everyday life easier. One improvement could be to somehow add some more palm guide, not like the strap on the v2 as that would be restrictive along with my keyboard wristpad. Something to just guide my hand more easily when placing it on. Most of the time i get it though muscle memory.

It looks like a gimmick at first glance, but I cannot work without it anymore, it is such a great support for the wrist, especially with long coding sessions.

If you want some support for your wrists while using a mouse, this is the one to go. I've used other wrist rest but I had to come back to this one due to the comfort it gives.
