WizKids D&D Icons of The Realms: Gargantuan Tarrasque

Kind of pricey, but worth every penny. I love it! Pictured standing next to Strahd to see the size comparison to a medium-sized mini. Heavy-duty, solid construction. Pre-painted and looks super cool. Tail does come off unless glued, though.

Mama Mia! It’s my biggest mini. Drop her on the table and make players scream for divine intervention. It’s well made with beautiful angry colors. I also have the Bahamut mini, but it’s nothing like the big mama herself. If you can only buy one dragon mini, this is the one. It’s super spiky so be careful when handling it.

This model is listed as gargantuan but is really colossal. When D&D hit 5e they consolidated the sizes and no longer show colossal, everything larger than gargantuan is just called gargantuan. This model is massive, and beautiful. She dominates every surface she sits on. She is a must have for the serious collector.

This Tiamat miniature is everything I wanted and more. I went through Amazon for purchasing it in case any reviews of the wings not clicking in held true with my Tiamat. I have found great luck with lubricating the joints that click in with past miniatures, maybe I was just lucky and got a good one, but doing that let the wings of my Tiamat click in no issue. Was also worried how sturdy she would feel, especially her wings, and this is easily the most sturdy miniature in my collection. Can’t wait to see my players faces when I plop her on the table.

I bought one as a gift. When the day came for the gift to be given, there was a part broken off (before packing). Unfortunately since I missed the return window, I was unable to exchange the dragon. Make sure you open it and check it before the window closes!

This is the biggest mini I own. I was afraid it might be something I needed to handle very carefully, but it's actually quite sturdy and very detailed. Quality piece.

La figura, porque no hay cómo llamarle miniatura, es simplemente impresionante… la escala es masiva comparándola a la escala de las figuras regulares de Dungeons & Dragons. Los detalles de la misma son de muy alta calidad aunque el trabajo de pintura para el precio que tiene deja mucho que desear. Si se necesita bastante espacio ya que la envergadura de las alas es algo considerable. Tengo la figura Gargantuan de Arveiaturace y Tiamat con las alas extendidas es muchísimo más grande. Los contras a la figura son el precio, bastante elevado honestamente, y que el ajuste de las alas, si no haces algo de limpieza en la parte que conecta al cuerpo esta no se afianza de forma adecuada, recomendaría un conocimiento básico de modelismo para que se le saque el máximo provecho a esta “miniatura”

Eine wirklich unglaubliche Miniatur! Massiv drückt es denke ich gut aus. Dazu wirklich gut verarbeitet. Nur eben auch wirklich teuer...

Ein beeindruckendes Modell. Ein schöner Abschluss für unsere D&D Kampagnie.
