Do these interfere with the stems of eyeglasses?

Actually they don't. I had the same worry. I sometimes wear ball caps and even with glasses and a hat on, it doesn't interfere

Also, the best thing about it is that is it directly insert in your ear, but near that, you can have a great sound, without blocking the rest of the world of sounds. And it is not easy to lose as the airPods that can jump out at any time.

Yes the mic is enabled for all phone calls and people I talk to say I sound great
