Good Pantry Item
Expensive but lasts a long time once grated and kept in the freezer until needed in or on a recipe. I actually mixed pecorino romano and asiagio with this and use the mix on pizzas, pasta etc. Really good!

Good, but a bit off, and not as pure tasting as usual
We've ordered Parmigiano Reggiano from several places over the years, including this one, several times. This last time the cheese tasting a but unusual. Probably just a fluke, but thought to mention.

The Parmesan cheese was just absolutely wonderful. I shared with two other people and they loved it. Also I’m sure when we are finished with what we have. We will purchase again thank you for the best cheese. Taste and texture was just out of this world and a good value for the money thank you.
