Manhattan Toy Bobbly Owl Weighted, Soft Silicone Wobble Ball with Embroidered Plush Baby & Toddler Toy

I expected the bottom part of this toy to be made from a hard material not soft squishable rubber. So ever since we unpacked it it has remained kind of oval, rather than round, shaped. It’s also very small. The toy measures about the size of hand when I stretch out my middle finger and thumb. It’s just a lame toy overall and not the sturdy balance wobble toy I had expected. The price is way too much for this thing.

I bought this toy for my four month old baby, and it immediately captured his interest. He enjoyed holding it like a stuffed animal (the wings and soft stuffing make it easily grip-able for him). During tummy time, he likes to grab and swat at it. There are bells inside that jingle, which my 4mo enjoys. The material feels durable and soft and it looks beautiful in a woodland themed nursery.

The owl part was very soft and cute. It always rolls back upright, which is great. Unfortunately, the bottom, made of silicone, attracts too much dust and hair and is difficult to keep clean. Ultimately returned.

I like that it's a very soft wobbler, plush top, and silicone base, so it won't hurt my baby while he is pushing it around. I started using it when he was 3 months during tummy time. Now he is 4 months, and he started really enjoying pushing it around. It says "surface wipe only", but he drools all over the fabric, so I had to hand-wash it, not just wipe it. The toy endured washing with no problem. The only downside is that it stands slightly off-centered, but my baby doesn't care.

My baby granddaughter likes playing with this. Weighted on the bottom not heavy but with a soft texture. It’s great!

I was looking for a toy that I saw at my sons physical therapists. This was as close as I could find and it has ended up being his favorite. Quality is great. It entertained my son as much at 3 months as it does now at his first birthday.
