Great beans, I use them in my Ninja pro 710 and there is no bitterness at all. Not a bad price either compared to others so I would recommend you try them

Union Coffee is great, but isn't worth Amazoning it.
Newcomer to union coffee, having been gifted some that was excellent I bought another bag direct from Union, the roast date on it was 2 days prior to delivery...fresh beans, for the same price as amazon. But purchasing my 3rd batch I decided to amazon it to avoid paying £2 for delivery... Well, the roast on this package date is November, and it's now 17th of December. My understanding of coffee is you have a matter of a 2-4 weeks of optimum freshness after roasting & after that the quality drops off, many mass produced coffee beans don't list a roasting date for just this reason, and no doubt vs mass produced coffee, this is much fresher than most... But, if you want optimal quality, order direct from Union website as I feel Amazon is just used to get rid of older stock that isn't good enough to sell direct.

Used these for years. They are just amazing and consistent. They also grind perfectly with the Sage Oracle touch with a beautiful pour.

Chicory taste
Honestly, this coffee doesn't have a good taste. It leaves a chicory bittersweet taste in my mouth. Sorry, not for me.
