very impressed the .9mm was to wimpy and broke regularly and drove me crazy. Went up to 1.3 and its been great hardly ever brakes.

Perfect for this musician to write music notes with this collection of pencils. The pencil lead is broad and flows easily. The plastic body is a little cheap, but generally, this is really much better than paying for the expensive single purchase mechanical pencils that were somewhere around $25 a pop

I prefer the tactile feedback of writing with a pencil but I've yet to find a sharpener that completely satisfies me. That's where the mechanical pencil comes in. I tried 0.5mm, 0.7mm, 0.9mm, 1.3mm and 2mm sized before deciding that the 1.3mm size is the Goldilocks pencil...it's just right (or write). I also ordered the high quality, Japanese made Pentel 1.3mm mechanical pencil which is an incredible bargain in itself but the pencils in this review are so far proving to be perfectly functional and a joy to write with. With extra leads and extra erasers these pencil are a no brainer. Happy writing!

Leads are nice but the pencil itself is a little flimsy.

Great product with perfect lead size for my 2nd graders.

Just got these several hours ago. They feel like very cheaply made plastic. These are so fragile that I do not plan to be putting them in my bookbag or pocket, bcus they likely will break right away. Unlike Bic brand mechanical pencils 0.9mm, these 1.3mm ones only came with 1 standard size lead. However, they come as a set with 30 leads in one refill container. I have not, or usually never test out the erasers in my mechanical pencil collection due to liking the way they look unused. Yet, if you do lose eraser top (which i have with other mechanical pencils), it comes with 12 extras in the set. One last note: The statement on the top right corner says BOLD GRAPHITE, but that was FALSE advertising since the lead is the common hb type like almost all bulk mechanical pencil packs or no 2 pencils, NOT type 1.3MM B or 2B. Although I feel like these are very britle/inferior and therefore not durable, they seem to do the job and come with extra items, the 30 count hb lead container and 12 eraser tops.

I was needing pencils I could see and not peak the lead. This fits the bill nicely. If tried other mechanical pencils in .7 and .9 weak lead and hard to scrub with. The larger ones are just what I needed. And shipping was like 1 day! Love it!!

I love the thick #2 lead, and that it comes with extra erasers. I wish the barrel was a little thicker to make it easier to hold.

Multiple pencils arrived broken and the remaining pencils feel questionable at best. If a person requires 1.3mm lead surely they are hoping for a sturdy pencil to accompany their sturdy lead? These are not that. Pure junk.
