I've always loved fishing but since moving to college I had given away my old tackle and things. Found a few spots to fish near campus over the summer and being short of money I figured I'd try this kit out. All in all I loved it, it was a great way to start with a little of everything, rather than having to pay top dollar buying a bunch of items individually. The case it comes in is a nice plus as well. I've caught fish on just about every type of lure in the tackle box (I especially liked the minnow crankbait, I got a couple nice bass with it so far). To be fair the tackle isn't super fancy, but the fish don't seem to mind. It's a great product especially if you just need something to start out with. It definitely got me back into fishing (and catching). Worth every penny I paid for it.

I'm torn about this fishing lure kit. On the one hand, the variety of lures and tackle included is impressive - 327 pieces to be exact. I've been using it for freshwater fishing and it's been a game-changer. The crankbaits, soft worms, and spinners are all top-notch and have gotten me some great catches. The storage box is also well-designed, making it easy to organize and access my gear. However, I do have some gripes. The quality of the tackle box itself is a bit of a letdown. I've seen other customers mention that it feels flimsy and prone to breaking, and unfortunately, I'm starting to experience the same issue. The latches are also a bit finicky, which can be frustrating when you're trying to get to your gear quickly. On a personal note, I did notice that some of the lures aren't as durable as I'd like, but that's not uncommon with kits in this price range. I've just gotten back into fishing and didnt want to break the bank on supplies. I found this set and figured it would be a good start. After using it for the past t month, ive managed to catch no less than 3 fish each time ive been out. This kit rocks. It has all the versatility you could need as a beginner and can easily fit in a backpack. The best part about this kit, is the orange colored soft plastic worms (with red flakes). The bass go absolutely nuts for them. Ive gotten so many bites on those things. Unfortunately, I only have 1 left. I've searched and searched and searched for that same color and cant find them anywhere. Im tempted to buy another kit just for those worms, theyre that good. If the seller ever wants to sell me just those worms, i'll gladly order in bulk. Point is, this kit is awesome

Some of the bigger lures, the hooks are attached by a very weak ring and if the fish is big enough it can take the hook right with it. But if your just fishing for fun it's great for the value.

Nice starter kit for beginners getting into fishing. Got it for my son's new tackle box.
