Q: How accurate is the battery voltage reading?

I have not put my meter on the batteries to test it I would be sure you got nothing to worry about

Yes, it is safe for a couple of reasons. When the controller sees the voltage of the system is high (like when you have turned on your generator), it backs off and stops sending power out. I have several things attached to ur system - a generator, and alternator on the main engine, and a wind generator. No issues at all.

Q: Is the li setting all i need to do to run lithiums or do i need to do anything else?

Yes, that is the setting for Lithium. The individual settings automatically set the other settings optimally for the selected type of battery. In order to change any setting, you would need to select the custom setting, and then you would be able to set your own. However, even in custom setting, there are default setting already applied.

Q: What software can I use to use PC with controller

Relevant software has to be provived only if you have USB monitoring cables which will be connected to your PC, if you have bought MPPT with the cable, pls give me your email address so that we will send you our software, you may install to your computer. Thank you!
