Added amazing gloss and depth on the surface, I saw great results on black cars. Also results are highly superior than normal car wax.

Early days, will have to wait until the vehicle has been exposed to the elements for some time to determine if it lives up to its claims. The vehicle is garaged when not in use. My biggest criticism to date is that this product is hard to use on a white vechicl,e as when applied it is very hard to see when it dries, and it is very easy to miss some when you are buffing it off. I purchased this product as I could not sourcelocally my preferred product, Nu Finish, and this seemed to be a similar product. My previous product left a very visible haze which made it easy to buff off, not so WaveX SiO2 Ceramic Liquid Wax. Update: This product does not live up to its claims. After initial application the vehicle was exposed to the elements for a week during a week long trip, exposing the vehicle to rain, dew, and road grime whilst driving in the rain, and the treated surfaces were in no way hydrophobic as the manufacturer claims. Insted of water beading off it adhered to the surface much more than I expected. My previous product, which is now hard to source, the water would bead and just roll off the surface, and it would also make the paint finish so much easier to wash when required, as road grime, sap from trees, bird droppings, stains from vegetation (leaves, etc) would wash off with minimum effort whereas WaveX SiO2 Ceramic Liquid Wax requires a lot of effort to remove these same stains. I have applied a second coating of WaveX SiO2 Ceramic Liquid Wax and tested for hydrophobic qualities and unfortunately it appears to be limited to non existant. I could not in good faith recommend this product as I have found it sadly lacking, and disappointing and not worth the effort required to apply it.

I applied this to my car without any real surface preparation and the water beads a lot. This is the perfect ceramic wax in my opinion.
