It works!
This Merthiolate is great for small cuts and minor abrasions. Yes, it stings a little, but it disinfects and helps keep the soreness to a minimum while you heal. Definitely five stars!

I have been using this product for some time. Growing up this is what our mother would put on us for cuts and scratches. It heals the wounds very quickly.

Works really well
I love this, helps for minor cuts, scrapes etc. Dries it out and prevents infection. Apply carefully, it does stain your skin.

Retro Merthiolate
My last purchase in store was clear Merthiolate not my favorite. I been unable to find this find near me. I like the color example my cat attacked my hand and I now can dab some on each wound and can see when all have been treated by the color. I checked and my clear Merthiolate was 10 years old, I didn't realize. Even when I dabbed my old on and didn't feel that sting (too old). I now feel sting with my new one that I remember well. I remember the sting, I see where I put it and then it healed. Great find I even found a brand with a dabber I'm so use to and not a brush like I see a lot of now come with.
