I got my knife around $15 and wanted something small, unobtrusive and somewhat 'girlie' looking to carry in my bag for the unexpected. I figure if someone saw my purple knife, it wouldn't be questioned. Its also very light weight and very sharp, which is a bonus. I also like that this knife is a lockback and is very easy to open and close. I've bought several larger, much more expensive and better known brands of knives that were so hard to open that I have snapped off my finger nails trying to open them (and no I don't have long nails) but I don't any problems with this knife.
