Received a defective bottle
I have ordered several of these bottles because my mom absolutely loves this alternative way of dying her hair, but this last one i got for her was defective. So im guessing it would be like the developer part of the product was empty when we received it so we just couldn’t use it. Other than that no complaints, it covers grey well, easy to use, doesn’t have a strong smell to it, overall does what it’s supposed to do.
