If you need it it will deliver. A whole lot of tool in a small, thin, package. Perfect to throw in a gear bag to have something on hand that can tighten any fasteners that come loose. Small size means that torque will be an issue for the large portion of it's range, but it does work well as a speed wrench in hard to access areas.

nice edc wrench. But had the Cobra XS, and find out that the mechanism work better with the cobra style... other than that, it's tiny but useful! and quality is there, jaws are perfectly aligned

I am an ole guy...a craftsman i like to think of myself. I enjoy restoring old homes and other old stuff that is well made, wirh good materials. I have and use hundreds of tools in restoration projects and like the feel of well-made tools. On occasion i purchase new tools on a whim and Knipex was one such splurge buy and liked it so well, I got another, them another. These Knipex tools are a delight to use. Well madeand designed for functionality and to fit in your hand to do a task. All projects center around a well defined project and process plan, proper materials, and tools. I have upgraded many of my old "squeeze" tools to Knipex tools and do not regret the higher cost. Great tools.

I'll start by saying these things are expensive [~$60 USD] and elusive. However, this is the best price I could find from a reputable seller. I bought this as a companion to my Cobra XS Mini. As expected, Knipex uses high quality materials. They are easily adjusted and the jaws remain parallel when opening and closing. They are the perfect size for hard-to-reach fasteners. If you are looking for a set of micro pliers, this is an excellent option [or the Cobra XS]. I will most likely purchase the 125mm counterparts as well

Quality as usual from Knipex. I was looking for an adjustable wrench small enough to fit in my Leatherman sheath since all it has is pliers nothing to grab bolts properly. I couldn’t find what I wanted. Someone on Reddit suggested this Knipex. It fits perfectly in sheath. I’ve already used it a few times. It’s basically an adjustable (crescent) wrench but operates like pliers.

Excellent little pliers. Look small, but can do things normal pliers cat. No need for loads of spanner’s these can do most things spanner’s do. Great design, with the ease to adjust to size of nut. Quite expensive, but good quality. Good durability. good to keep in the tool box.

This tool was primarily bought to allow for occasional adjustments and repairs to items with hex nuts as an EDC (everyday carry) compatible item. The grip strength for grasping the nut is exceptional for the size, due to the combined ratchet/leverage mechanism which allows quick adjustment to approximately fit the nut size, and then high ratio leverage to grasp the nut firmly. Torque applied to turn the nut is limited by the length of the handles but is still sufficient for most nuts which fit the jaws. The one way ratchet mechanism allows for quick sizing of the jaws. Pricey but good quality.
