If you’re referring to what country it comes from, I’m not sure… but I can tell you that after I received my first one, I bought a bunch more! They are definitely great quality, don’t fade, plenty of snap sizes for neck… I have not one bad thing to say about them. I highly recommend!

Can the hair get through? Is it anti-static?
