This is the heavy duty swingball for older 'kids' much more robust than lesser versions and copies of this great game. My advice, for what it's worth, if you want it to last a few seasons don't leave it out in sunlight. The bats will definitely weaken with UV radiation. Great fun with the grandchildren. Not exactly cheap but still good value all things (including long life) taken into account. You may think the multi section pole seems a bit weak but the way it's supported at each joint is very clever and strong. The thick bats are teenagerproof. Make sure you assemble it carefully, get the pole in properly and the lid secured all round and you'll be very pleased. Loads of fun for all the family.

Great product which keeps the kids busy for hours! Sturdy design and easy to take apart & assemble for travelling with it Only negative is the plug you remove to fill with water/sand is very easily damaged when removing and has subsequently broken in the first couple of uses.

I use this nearly every day for 10 to 20 minutes, really enjoy it - you don't have to have another player either. Love it 😻 (bought as a Big Birthday present to me (2024)) It is an indoor or Outdoor source of fun 😊

Great fun! Ball is the weak point. After 3 days of use the ball broke from the string. I realise that if you absolutely smash it the inevitable will happen, although it has been used mostly by a 9 and 12 year old... It brought back fond memories however, and is a lot of fun! Plus it'll get your kids off their phones / tablets. I've replaced the ball with a Slazenger one, just had to create a hole before fitment, using a drill and a Dremel (if you do this make sure to create a smooth round hole, as any weak point in the hole will develop into a split, and the same problem will occur), so we'll see how it goes. I did consider returning for another, although I suspect they are all the same, so if you want one of these, be prepared to replace the ball once it goes. The pole itself and the base, once filled with water is actually really sturdy, so no problems there so far. I hope this helps anyone considering purchasing this item. In summary, great fun, just prepare to replace the ball (which you shouldn't really have to do after three uses)👍🏻
