Fixing is a little bit tricky. You need to be careful not to break the bottom plastic locks. Once that is done, then it looks and feels perfect.

Whilst the gear knob itself is fine, the product is significantly let down by the poor quality of the attachment moulding, especially when compared to the Lexus original. It would not fully thread & jammed on the boot attachment, it had to be forced to remove it, at which point it broke into pieces. What a shame as the carbon & leather finish seems good.

Its looks good but not an appropriate fix. Feel of the Original cannot be compared as well as the knob cannot be tightened completely. I had to go back with Original one. Not recommended ...
