I bought this for my mom and she loved it. She said it helps to prevent dizzy spells and she feels more stable on them.

I really don’t know why I gave this a 1 star. This product did not work for me. Instead I got bad headaches from it. The biggest headache for a me was that they don’t give the option to return it, so beware. Now I’m stuck with a bunch of capsules that I can’t use. In the garbage they will go.
