This stuff helped me so much. Took 2 before big meals (dinner, holidays etc) and I had no issues with indigestion, heartburn or vomiting. Took it along with apple cider pills. It's a win win

Not as advertised! Ingredients do not show rice concentrate on Amazon listing, but when i received it, it shows rice concentrate listed on the bottle. Very disappointed!

Hydrochloric acid is one of those things that scares people when you tell them you're taking it, but it's been one of the most life-changing supplements for me overall. I have been taking a different HCL supplement with each meal for nearly ten years. It helped stop a lifetime of severe stomach pain, gas, bloating, and terrible acne. I don't personally have acid reflux, so I don't use HCL for that purpose. This stuff is strong. I would like to gently suggest that if you are new to HCL, proceed carefully. I had previously been taking a 650mg "high potency" product, but this one is much stronger. Too much acid can burn my stomach and create more problems. I only take HCL with full protein/fat meals -- never with small snacks or veggies only. I ate a bunch of chicken nuggets and half an avocado and some brazil nuts with just one pill of this product (the recommended dose is two pills) and I could feel a warm acid feeling in my stomach from this product that I usually only feel if I've taken too much HCL. So this MIGHT be too strong for some folks. I'm giving it 5 stars anyway, because it works, but if you're someone who eats small meals, or not much fat/protein it might be just way too high a dose. I'll be sure to use this only for my biggest, densest meals. And just one pill for me! The pills are small and easy to swallow. They don't have any disagreeable odor, and they seemed to dissolve/become active in my stomach quickly. The current price of $22 for 120 pills is an average price for this type of product. This would last me perhaps 1.5 months, if used at every large meal.

Effective but 4 star because of capsule size. The size was hard for my wife to take them regularly. A few times they irritated her throat for weeks.
