My ends are less dry than with no treatment and this treatment has a gel like consistency, rather than an oily consistency like my previous treatment, I like this better. It does not take much - I use only 3 pumps for my fanny length hair. I did experiment, but more is not always better - too much (6 pumps) made my hair feel odd, gummy?, not smooth, so use a light hand, a little is all you need. It is a bit pricy, but since you only need a little each use, it lasts a long time - this is my second bottle, I bought the small one first, then the larger size - I kept the small bottle and refilled it for my travel case😉 since I don't intend to go without this even when traveling.
