Does shea butter melt at body temp like coco butter can be rubbed on the skin or does shea butter have to be heated to melt and rub on skin?

Shea butter will melt at body temperature. I made body butter with it and added arrowroot to stop it from being to greasy. Love how it feels on the skin!

Is this product cold pressed?

yes, and this product is simply amazing on the skin and for skin issues. Have used it for over 15 years and it is magnificent.

Is this product food-grade?

I would not suggest that this particular product to be food-grade; however, it is magnificent on the skin and greatly assists with all skin issues. I have used it for over 15 years and the product is simply amazing!

Does this shea butter have a nutty aroma?

not really! it is made from the Karite nut, so it will only smell a very, very little nutty, but this smell immediately goes away by the time you apply the moisturizer. This is a fantastic moisturizer for the skin and other issues.
