Impossible to charge

I never though I would have such a bad experiencie with this product. I bough them precisely looking to avoid factory failures / bad quality and the Left earbud just never got charge again. I only used the product like 3 weeks, they never fell or got any sort of extreme usage. I only used them to walk to my job and walk back home after my shift. I would never recommend anyone to buy this product.

Ear hooks flimsy. They separate from the earbud, where they snap together. I found myself having to use one hand to hold the bud in place while the other hand operated the control buttons. The ear loop very think and it broke near the area where it snaps together with the earbud. It never felt snug or stable over my ear.

Disconnects all the time and one headphone broke already

After initial short try and a full charge, they were not in use for about 2 month. Now they last only for about 20 minutes against 10 hours as advertised. Tried several charge/discharge cycles but it didn't help...
