Having run out of my powdered creatine, I saw these and seeing the good price thought I would try it, no problem taking the capsules for me, probably stick with these depending on how I feel after a couple of doses

Easy to swallow and avoids mixing powder. Bottle lasts a while. Capsules are large, so not for everyone, but very convenient.

The product description does not make it clear that the recommended dose is 4 capsules a day. I bought the product after comparing to similar products and assuming that this product provided enough creatine for 120 days. Seemed like a good price in comparison to other products. But after receiving the product and reading the packaging I now realise that there are only enough capsules for 30 days. Happy to give the product a try as this is my first experience with creatine, but I will probably look for other products if I decide to continue using creatine.

I’ve been using creatine to help enhance my performance whilst training martial arts & strength training for over 10yrs now & this product works incredibly well. I highly recommend this to anyone who’s in need a high quality supplement.

Provides the required amount of creatine, yes you need to take 4 a day (I do 2 in the morning and two at lunch) but far better than swallowing a tablet the size of a VW campervan
