Genghis Khan would approve! *by C***O on 14 July 2024* I'm a retired acupuncturist/herbalist and treating myself (yeah, not a great idea usually), needed a yang tonic to complement some other herbs. Cistanche is perfect for me as it is strong but gentle and has little of the risks that some of the "harsher" yang tonics pose. Within a few days of adding this to my regime I felt a subtle calm and a bit deeper sleep. Looking forward to increasing benefits. I do suggest starting slowly as tonifying take time for the body to process.
