Q: How long does Bluetooth take to auto-connect once you turn the unit on?

The JVC radio connects much faster than the factory Bluetooth in my other vehicle. Don’t have an actual time but it’s quick enough for me.

Q: Is there a way to turn off the lights on the stero, when driving at night for example?

There is a night setting, which dims the lights way down. It has an auto dimmer and brightness setting you can adjust.

Q: Is this waterproof for motorcycle

I would look into marine type deck. This one is not water proof.
