Reply to Legacy's statement about racing thoughts; Any supplement taken for energy production should not be taken at night. You want to sleep at night, not rev up your energy level. That would keep anyone from sleeping.

I've heard about the benefits of NADH and COQ10 for helping with resetting and rebuilding mitochondrial action or something or other. I feel like it's a good quality product and it seems to work. I have noticed a slight betterment in my health. (For reference I have added mitochondrial supplements one at a time over several months, and am just rotating through them. Some work well, like L-Carnitine, ubiquinol, COQ10, and even this NADH. Others have not been as effective.)

It has everything at a low price.... I am suspicious but supplements are probably all placebo.

After taking these once a day for a month, this is the supplement you want to take if you need to get thru the work day. I don't have children, but work in a high stress, fast paced laboratory, and these supplements make the day and workload seem like child's play. They've helped me deal with folks that are difficult to manage as well as helping me consume less alcohol, mainly b/c I don't feel the need to crack one open after the day. Only downside is that I've found myself waking up at strange hours at night, wide awake and not being able to go back to sleep. 6 hours of sleep then awake. But not stimulant awake, none of that; ever. Other than that, this product works very well for me!

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The stuff I received was completely fake! Opening one of the containers, I was hit by an unexpected and off-putting pungent odor. I tried another container and it was exactly the same. I twisted open a couple of the capsules and they were stuffed full of turmeric. I mean, to the brim. An amount that defied all known laws of physics. And probably several we don't know. Please don't buy this. I used this stuff for years and it was great but it's not worth the risk knowing that you'll probably end up with a bunch of turmeric of dubious quality and who knows what else.

To be fair, I didn’t try more than one night. My thoughts were all over the place. I always try something new at night, in case I have a strange reaction. Kept me up all night, for some this would be a plus. But I couldn’t even focus on one thought at a time, the next one was taking over after a few seconds. Maybe couldn’t started on a low dose instead of the recommended, not sure. Scared me enough to not want to double back.
