My physical therapist actually recommended this product to help trigger my vagus nerve which helps lower my fight or flight response and it has worked so well! The benefit is that I'm also sweating out toxins in the process. It was true to size...I am a size 10-12 and ordered a medium. The fabric is soft and thin enough to wear under my clothes throughout the day which is a huge plus!

Good quality. Appears to run small. The description recommended I order large but I went with extra large, just in case, and I'm glad I did because it fits perfect. The additional velcro tab works great to assist with putting it on. The product builds up heat well, which is mainly why I purchased it, to support and reduce risk of injury while working out. We will see how long it lasts, but just from the month or so I have been using it, it feels like it will last a couple years.

Great quality. Seems to run a bit smaller than per description but it works well and better quality than other I had used for a few years.

This waist trimmer felt comfy and actually stayed put during my workouts. I wear the medium with the pink hem! It’s low-key cute but not flashy. It hugs without cutting in, so I could do squats and cardio without having to fuss with it. It does make me sweat in the middle, which seems to help during a quick session, and cleanup is easy. For anyone who wants a snug, everyday trimming belt that looks nice under a tee, this one’s a solid pick. No weird smells after a few uses, and the stitching held up fine. Make sure you clean it gently after each use tho!

waist measurement runs small My waist is 42-44 " so I ordered the large and it says it fits up to 48" with a measurement of 52" . It just works for me . It does make you sweat and gives support .

FIT GREAT, AMAMZING QAULITY

After a few years out of bodybuilding I decided to get back into long story short I got to 22 stone but my core suffered from the bulk of that weight, shirts cling to every curve and I'd always be self conscious. Being a pessimist I was always against anything like this but I was on the look for a back support and saw this was also a sweat belt and with a lot of hard work and healthy diet and accompanied by this my muffin top has shrunk my training is better since I can wear this either during everyday activities or during training or both and keep my back nice and supported (obviously not the primary focus) there is no magic fix to fat but this in my opinion is the perfect accessory to those who are serious about change but also though who have lost weight but still have some way to go and want to help shed a bit of their waistline. I never bought this to help lose weight but to support my back and training and it does both of these things brilliantly, I don't wear this all the time but when I do I can't even tell I'm wearing it which a huge bonus compared to bulky or insanely tight fitting competitors. Just buy this do what I did take a punt on a (now) awesome company and product

Excellent product! I've been wearing it everyday since Friday and it's making my stomach muscles work again!. It also improves your posture too. The design is fantastic with super strong Velcro that prevents any slippage or folding. I am so glad I chose this one out of all the selections on Amazon.

Sagt was ihr wollt und an alle, die meinen durch schwitzen kann man kein Gewicht verlieren. Schon mal daran gedacht, dass der Körper um zu schwitzen dafür Energie benötigt? Klar ist es nur Wasser, aber von Wasser in Schweiß, da muss der Körper was tun. Und genau dabei hilft der Gürtel. Am 7.6. (Heute ist der 12.6.) Habe ich 4cm Bauchumfang verloren. Kein Gewicht, aber es ist doch schon mal n Anfang. Sport mach ich nun schon seit 3 Monaten und kaum trage ich den Gurt den ganzen Tag und in der kurzen Zeit hab ich Umfang verloren? Ich trage den Gurt aber nicht pur auf der nackten Haut. Mochte das Gefühl einer Sardinie im eigenen Saft nicht. Dann meines Neugeborenen habe ich habe Mullwindeln im Haus. Herrlich...schön saugfähig. :-) und prima zu waschen. Und der Gurt ist so toll. Er verrutscht trotzdem nicht und schwitzen tu ich doch wie blöde. Alles gleich viel hygienischer und pflegeleichter. Preis/ Leistung prima und mein Mann meinte noch scherzhaft: und wenn es nicht klappt, dann hast du n prima teil, welches sich im Winter ordentlich warm hält. Stimmt: wäre Plan B gewesen. :-)
