Damage to the packaging during transport
The quality of this brand's products is undeniably excellent. However, the cross-border shipping caused damage to the packaging and resulted in creases on the items inside. As a result, I have decided to return it.

Not compatible and broke my printer
I used an Epson ET 2850 printer and it jammed the printer so bad it broke the printer. When I called Epson support they said it's labeled as compatible but it's actually not and they wouldn't do anything about it. I used the settings the package said and was careful to use the correct side - even though it is very hard to tell which side is correct. You have to pull out two sheets and compare them to know which side is "whiter" The paper itself was very thick and looked like good quality which is why I gave it 2 stars.
