Is this waterproof on the bottom?

It is. Used it in the field during a heavy rainstorm and everything inside stayed dry.

For a 6' 200 pd man is there enough room to put your backpack in the tent with you?

I'm 5'10" and did not quite have enough room above my head for my 60l pack. Given the "coffin" shape of the floor, you do have a bit of space around your shoulders and head to place items, so I pulled my dry bag of clothes, brain pack of misc. items, and water bottle, with enough room left over for my clothes and jacket I removed when getting into my sleeping bag. My mostly-empty pack I placed in the nearby shelter (was on the AT). I'd recommend anyone using this tent to pack a small lightweight tarp or rainfly that you can set next to you, or perhaps the old standby of a large construction trashbag that you can place over your pack to keep next to the tent. An awesome accessory for this tent would be an attachable vestibule.

Does this tent fit for winter season, like -15C (5F) degrees outside?

You really need something to combat the condensation build-up. I used mine in <30°f and the entire inside of the tent was damp....sleeping bag and everything

Does this tent allow you to Hunker Down?

The bivi tent will allow a person to have shelter in wet weather. I have not had it in really bad weather. If I were going out in really bad situations, I would probably use something else.
