The color and tan on the leather are amazing. It's a matte finish oiled leather and just awesome. Fit and finish are as expected from Doc's. They're true to fit and sooooooo comfortable.

The boot was a great fit, comfortable at all times. I have worn DM's since living in England in the 1970's at school. They have always been a great boot. I always wear them when I fly.

Runs big but super cute. I love the material. It you have scuffs they come out. Again super cute.

I love the crazy horse color and the style of these. Classic and durable. But these run a little bigger than usual. I reserve these for the colder/wet weather when I need to wear thicker socks.

Excelente, aunque en comparación con otras 1460 negras que compré antes, viene un poco más ancha la bota (se nota en la foto compartida), el largo es exactamente como se describe.

The Dr. Martens 1460 8-Eye Boot is undeniably stylish and built to last, but it’s not without its drawbacks. The Goodyear welt construction is a standout—heat-sealed and stitched for extra durability. The smooth leather upper looks sharp and holds up well in everyday wear, though it starts off stiff and takes time to soften. Expect at least a couple of weeks to properly break them in. Thick socks are a must at the start. The air-cushioned sole (AirWair) provides solid shock absorption and grip. It’s oil- and fat-resistant, which is great for city walking or work environments. That said, it lacks arch support, so adding an insole might help for all-day comfort. Fit runs true to size but can feel snug around the ankle due to the high 8-eyelet design. The classic yellow stitching and pull tab give them that timeless Dr. Martens look, and they go well with jeans or workwear. If you’re after a long-lasting, stylish boot and can handle the initial break-in period, the 1460s are a solid choice. Not the most comfortable out of the box, but they earn their reputation over time.

Morbidissimi sin da subito, ho preso il 42, taglia che indosso per tutte le altre scarpe e sono leggermente grandi, ma per leggermente intendo che con una suoletta o una calza un po’ più spessa (invernale) calzano a pennello. Se usate calze in cotone sottili, vi consiglio un mezzo numero in meno. Sono abbastanza caldi e soprattutto la suola è comodissima. Il colore poi è fantastico, con effetto leggermente consumato/usurato che dà l’idea di una scarpa rustica e molto rock.
