Maybe i purchased the wrong size but it felt uncomfortable all the time and could not stand keeping it for more than an hour

The product package is very dirty outside and its disgusting even to touch it..The item inside doesn’t feel like fresh / new product..

Used once, as instructed using hot water to sterilise. The first time I used it, it changed the shape and now it won’t stand up. Very disappointing.
