Is the container cup non BPA?

The box of peak performance coffee k cups does not state that the capsules are non-bpa - only that the capsules are made of recyclable material and further recycling is encouraged. The box also states the capsules are trademarked as REVCUP capsule technology, Patent #D742972. Hope this helps!
