You would have to reset the countdown, or simply count up to 20 and 10 seconds.

It is a watch battery. Besides that I don't know.

Q: Can you Shut off the beep sound

The automatic beeping it does on the hour and half-hour? Yes! Go to clock-mode by turning it on (holding the center button for 3 seconds); push the center button 3 times; at that place, push the right button once, and "on" should disappear. That's how you know that it's off.

ストップウォッチ機能だけを使用するときは問題ないですが他の機能を利用するときは中文マニュアルしかないのでさっぱり。音消しもよくわかりません。機能が多いだけに残念。追記触ってわかったこと　2024.1.11・時刻モード　A長押しで設定　Mで終了　　このモードでC長押し音の入切が切り替わる・アラームモード　A長押しで設定　Mで終了　Bでアラームオンオフ切り替え・ストップウォッチモード、累積ストップウォッチモード　触ればわかると思うので省略・タイマーモード　A長押しで設定　Mで終了　Cで開始　例えば30分運動10分休憩を2セットなら　タイマー上30分　タイマー下10分　回数2と設定・ペースモード　Aで1分間の回数をセット　Cで開始　タイミングで音が鳴る・ストロークモード　Cで開始　対象サイクル3回目でC　表示は1分間の回数　Bでリコール　この時A長押しで　メモリクリア　例えば2秒ごとに点滅するライト　光ってC押し3回目にC　で表示は30で、1分間に30回繰り返されるの意味　１分間のサイクル数を測る
