THIS STUFF WORKS. Like most everyone else, I have tried every paste, cream, solution, pumice stone, skin grinder etc. to find something that would get rid of the thick, ugly and painful cracked skin on my diabetic feet. I hate wearing shoes in the house and I generally go barefoot which leads to my dry and cracked feet. I put this on my feet before I go to bed and it has greatly improved the cracks and dry patches I have on my feet. It hasn’t totally taken them away but my feet aren’t so deeply cracked that they have the deep cracks that I used to that were painful. I love, love this foot cream. It is perfect for softening the feet. I use every night and love the fact this product is not greasy like many other moisturizers. O'keeffe's foot cream it's fantastic. I've had trouble with my heels all my life. To where they would crack and bleed. If I keep this on a couple times a week (after I have them healed up) My feet maintain a healthy skin. Just lotion does not cut it from me. I am so glad that I found this!

I get very cracked heels and this product fixes them every time. You have to keep using it, of course, of the cracks return, but's saved my feet!
