I had a hard time finding one of these! We had one like it (only chrome) for over 15 years. It was starting to show its age and we wanted one in black. I was very happy to find this one at the price ($55). It is a little lighter build than our old one and I was a bit worried that it wouldn't be as stable. Nothing to worry about it it just fine. And it looks awesome! I had no issues putting it together and all the parts were there! Nice product!

This towel stand was pretty easy to setup and is fairly sturdy with 2 - 3 towels on it. The black finish is pretty good and seems like it will hold up well if it doesn't get scratched. The reason for 4 stars is the arms can be a bit longer. If you have oversized bath towels, you'll have to fold them into thirds for it to fit within the arm length. If you fold it over once, it'll stick out a few inches. Other than that, it's a good value for what I needed it for.

No instructions came with the towel stand so put it together by the photo. Only one extra washer so it should be fine. That’s why only 3 stars. Looks nice & should hold towels nicely.

Just finished our bathroom remodel four months ago and this CRAPPY thing didn't even last a couple of months. You mean to tell me this towel rack can't hold the weight of a damp towel!? Not a soaked towel, just damp from using out of the shower. All three snapped right off back to back!!! This guy becomes a billionaire several times over selling JUNK! You have to have better Quality Control Amazon. It's terrible that consumers are expected to pay for and accept that most companies will sell you junk. Most companies will sell you BAD SERVICE and then get offended when you bring it to their attention. No sense of pride in anything.
