Less hair stress
Some experts say we don’t need biotin. However, I find that the biotin works well for me along with 500mgs of vitamin C and 500 mgs of pantothenic acid. My hair is stronger and there is less hair damage.

Best Biotin!
I have been using this product for some time now and have noticed a huge difference in my hair and nails. I am hoping that it will prevent my bones from becoming brittle also!

Favorite Biotin Brand!
Found this brand when researching for quality Biotin brands. Have been using it for a few years and my hair has definitely grown faster than when I wasn’t taking Biotin! Have tried switching to other brands, but always come back to this one because it works so well! My fiancé also takes it and thinks it has helped keep his hair healthier and has slowed down his genetic balding. My nails also grow a LOT faster! I get regular manicures and I can’t go very long between appointments because my nails grow so fast! Side note: Biotin makes ALL of your hair grow faster - eyebrows, leg hair, armpits, etc., so be prepared for that when taking Biotin!

Definitely noticing a difference in hair growth and thickness! Awesome Biotin Sup!
I've taken a lot of biotin sups over the years. I think I finally found the one! It takes about a month or so, but I definitely noticed new hair growth and my hair is thicker when I go to put it up. My hair stylist said the same when I was complaining about my hair being difficult to style (hahaha). I didn't realize I had so much new growth that my hair wasn't doing it's normal "thing." I can definitely play the waiting game with these kind of results!

Wish I could take it
I liked the effects of biotin except found out in can skew blood work so I stopped taking it. I have blood issues right now and need accurate numbers.

Good product, packaging is questionable.
I opened up my Country Life biotin this afternoon and the protective seal over the bottle was partially opened. I was going to exchange it but when I hit the return or replace button and it said this item is not eligible for returns. The first bottle I received did not have questionable packaging so I’m giving it three stars because this bottle does and I don’t really feel comfortable taking it. I would certainly love a replacement!
