Less money than LED but provides adequate lighting for '98 Jeep Wrangler. The appearance maintains the general original appearance of the Jeep TJ. Can be a little tricky to install; follow the instructions but don't over-think them. No need to re-wire everything, just be sure that your remaining wiring has not worn through.

First off I believe in a fair and honest review. These are not bolt in direct for a 97' Wrangler. However, the minor drill hole required for the lights is not a big deal. I did reuse the factory wiring harness as my TJ used to have factory fog lights. Wired the harness into the new lights for a factory look. They are bright and work as they should. I agree with others that the plastic adjustment is poor, the adjusting screw is quite difficult to turn and feels fragile in the plastic adjuster. I do like the look as they are close to the factory size. Overall I am pleased, will see how they hold up.

These are real nice lights for the price. That said, they are plastic and feel a little flimsy. The lights have an adjustment screw on the back that allows you to aim the lights down if necessary. One of mine doesn't work, but it's something I can modify and make it work myself. I like the look of the lights on the TJ. I have an updated front bumper for the tow bar, so I had to drill my own holes. I still have to wire up the switch inside the Jeep and I'm not using the one that came with the lights. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

I FINALLY got around to installing these on my Jeep TJ (I purchased them almost a year ago). I purchased the OEM extenders from Amazon and immediately cut them in half and spliced the appropriate end to these fog lights. Now they plug right into my OEM wire harness and work perfectly. I recommend purchasing these replica lights, but I strongly suggest buying the extenders so that you can create a factory connection. If you decide to go this route, the white wire on the fog light is positive and goes to the red wire on the extender, The the black wire (ground) on the fog light goes to the black wire on the extender. Simply connect, crimp, and plug into your OEM harness. Bolt to the OEM holes on the bumper and enjoy. Amazon sells the OEM style extenders.

They are a direct replacement fit, so they bolted right on. Slightly brighter than the stock fog/auxillary light. the nut provided is not stainless, so it began to rust quickly, but it is easily replaced.

Decant replacement fog lights for the Jeep TJ or stock style lights for the TJ’s that didn’t have them. Great price for lights that have a high mortality rate on Jeeps. Will probably replace the pivot and mounting bolts with stainless, the ones they come with will probably rust quickly. The switch is not great.
