Computer was packed well, no damage when it arrived. The setup was easy, and the computer looks and performs great, games look amazing. We'll worth the money. Have only had it a day so I will update this after a week. Update, so far I've enjoyed this computer so much, it's fast, I've only had one issue so far and it's not the computer, it's windows 11. Having problems with a game that windows won't allow it to save progress so the game quits. I guess there is a single complaint, the keyboard that comes with the computer is a membrane keyboard, not mechanical if that matters to you, but it's not a bad keyboard.

This computer works great for gaming on the PC and in VR though if you don't have strong wifi you'll want a cable connected to your VR and PC. I use it for Gaming as well as video editing and animation rendering software, and I have not had any issues with running my software which is Filmora 12, and Crazytalk Animator 3. after 2 years of running this PC i have to say the only upgrade that I put in was more RAM to run my more intensive Survivor games where there is a lot of rendered items and crafted bases. Games I play currently are Elden Ring, Exoprimal, GTA V, Satisfactory, Ark Survival Ascended, Raft, 7 Days to Die, Monster Hunter World, Valheim, Rainbow 6 Siege, Subnautica/Subnautica Below Zero, Dying Light 1 and 2, and many more im sure you get the picture, This is great for a mid range use PC cause it can be upgraded extensively with current technology thats out.

And about the issue with things arriving disconnected, nonfunctioning and not assembled - especially cooling fans LED/LCD lights and other case components. And about components just falling off while you are using it And about partitioned drives and how you won't have access to use all of your memory for anything you want. My CP PC arrived, partially unassembled and more stuff fell off of it as soon as I turned it on. Amazon refused to return it because the manufacturer warranty hasn't expired (not featured on this store page.) I bought the $170 asurion protection plan but, that only counts if there's a power surge (don't believe everything on the protection plan page - the part about power surges is the only true part.) They told me to go to the manufacturer who wants me to spend more of my money on shipping it to them - and if it becomes damaged in shipping or gets lost they won't fix it or replace it. Don't buy this. It's a constant stream of headaches and lost money.

Product came fast and shipping was very secure, clean cable management lots of ports and this pre build in particular i got on sale and in todays market it was basically msrp price, started up fast but one thing was it didn't have a wifif chip like stated so it gave an asus antenna which didn't work i tried all the ways lmao so i ended up running to the store for 75ft ethernet cable but soon I'm gonna get a usb wifi chip, another thing was my headphone mic port did not work but the headphone slot did i tried all the ones on the back and nothing so i ended running back to the store for a usb headset but ended up getting a blue yeti which synced perfect on the computer, since the headset audio would pick up it was a perfect pair.

I got this for sale during Amazon Day, and it was an absolute steal for the price range! With the parts alone, this computer is worth even the $1799 price point! I bought this PC because I bought almost the same version 2 years ago, but the updates you have made since then are remarkable! CYBERPOWER PC is amazing, and your new build definitely tells me you listen to your customers and the few problems customers had with previous versions. This thing is officially the quietest PC I've heard running, and runs like a monster on any game! Anyways, thanks CYBERPOWER! I'm gonna be honest. I bought this mostly to play Genshin Impact and to dip my toes into pc gaming. I've had this PC for almost a week and I am absolutely obsessed. Everything plays so smoothly and the graphics are beautiful. I am super glad that I can play some more graphics heavy games and they will still run amazing! There are 6 fans but it is still super quiet. I love all the LEDs and the customizability in the colors and the brightness settings. I wasn't expecting the free keyboard and mouse to have LED features as well. That has saved me $60 from buying a new mechanical keyboard to replace my basic, old one. I am so glad I was able to purchase mine from the Prime Day Deals! I have absolutely no regrets about my choice!

I've been using my new Cyberpower gaming PC for a couple of weeks now. I got it for both, work and leisure. I am not a big gamer but the speed of the system with dual monitor setup is great. This computer has done a wonderful job with all the tasks I've used it for. The included wired keyboard and mouse are good as well. This computer works great right out of the box and with my dual gaming monitor setup it is great for doing work or surfing the internet.

No power and popping noises from tower after only 5 1/2 months of use. Hard to get someone in support. They want me to pay for packaging, double insulation, and appropriately $300.00 to ship it to California from NY to check it out. I still haven't paid off the computer. I have no faith in this company or computer. From what I read from others is it's a hit or miss. I will never buy from then again. I would only mail it back if I could get a full refund but I don't think it is possible. I even bought Asurion but they can't help because it's still under warranty. What good is the warranty if you have to pay hundreds of dollars to ship it across the country. Not worth the money nor the aggrivation.

Can't believe the speed of that thing. Can't ear it and the pc is just beside me . I have to get used to Windows 11. this PC is extraordinary in term of speed and equipment. It looks good. Any one used to Windows 10 will not struggle too much to find what they needs. Everything is there and more. It is just a mater of finding where things are. The price I paid at amazon could not be match any where else. I will be adding for ram to is just to give it that little extra power. If you see it available jump on it. If you are willing to spend the money for a great pc for vr. the liquid cooling system has no info on the maintenance required. This cooling system is very effective but surely there must be maintenance required. but it can't be hard to look it up but would of been nice if there was some info on it in the box

Shipping was very fast came withing a week and a half! First couple hours playing around and really like it so far. Haven't tried gaming on it yet since games are downloading but so far I'm very pleased with the PC. Also it came with keyboard and mouse and they both work awesome. Definitely worth every penny to me!

I purchased this computer hoping to get back into PC gaming. When I got it, I followed the instructions and made sure everything was plugged in (I'm not tech expert but I just took a look inside to make sure nothing was loose). Once I plugged everything and turned on the computer, after 2min it turned off on it's own. I tried turning it on again, and same thing happened over and over. At one point the computer didn't even want to turn on anymore. I called the companies tech support the next day and they had me test out the RAM. It was faulty and they said I can send it to them. I asked where they were located and it was in California, US. I explained I was in Montreal, Canada and that it would cost a lot to send it back to them. They said that the only office they have is there and I would have to pay for the shipping to send them the RAM, wait for it to get there first before they are willing to send one that works. I told them it's okay and that I would return the computer to Amazon and just buy a different one. It's been almost 3 weeks since Amazon received my computer and they are yet to give me back my money. As per Amazon, I have to wait 1 month before they are willing to even bother with trying to get me my money back. For me this has been the worse experience as a buyer I've ever had. Going forward I am definitely not going to be making any high value purchases with Amazon or even bother with any CyberPower products. The only good thing that I can say is that the tech support agent I spoke to was very kind and instructive.

Good quality product with no issues during shipping or set up. I have had the computer for 3 months with no major malfunctions. I do think they are a little overpriced but it's hard to blame them given how expensive parts are at this time. Lastly I did have some odd artifacting in 1 game that could be the videocard overheating a bit but I downloaded a heat monitor and found the card was running a little hot. That said it didn't seem 100% that it was the card. Hopefully I don't get a card that wears out quickly but that's luck of the draw and you can't really fault CyberPowerPC if a part fails.
