It is uridine monophosphate (best for sublingual administration unlike UTP or other more bioavailable analogues if used as a supplement and not a reagent) in the advertised weight. ND and their sister Powdercity consistently provide a higher-quality product, in my experience, compared to some cheaper vendors such as NSN (which import from China and validate in America), with a more rigorous testing/quantification/validation process which you pay for - ND family products are often 30-50% more expensive for no appreciable difference for supplementary use. ND gives back to the noot and biohacker community, so I support them even when it costs more. The guy who runs the lab at the ND family of companies contributes on the nootropics, organic chemistry, and several other subreddits and is a very bright individual: many of the products sold through the 'research'/peptide division of the company (acetyl-SEMAX, phenylpiracetam hydrazide, etc.) are of his own devising and look like they might have been developed with an almost rational drug design process.

This UMP seems to help with the purpose for which I purchased it, and I love that it is pure and without additives. However, it's inexcusable to me that there is no scoop to approximate the serving size (or to be two scoops per serving or something like that). Now I get the idea from other reviewers that they want you to actually weigh the product out, accounting for settling of powder, but apart from that being a tricky thing to do and trickier at bedtime, I've not found it feasible. I DO have a fancy jewelry scale, but since I need to put the powder in SOMEthing, I put it in the smallest plastic scoop I had on hand and then tared the scoop. The powder just does not register at all until you're well beyond the serving size. And this is more of a problem since I specifically want to use only a fraction of the recommended serving size. My smallest available scoop appears to hold something like 1 gram of the UMP but has no markers for fractions of a scoop. Plus I fear that at some point I may accidentally take a full scoop just because I have so many powders and medications I need to take amid illness that it would be extraordinarily easy to do so when my mind blanks. (Additionally I take some other powders using this same sized scoop and taking full scoops of it, which makes it more confusing.) It would be so much less dangerous to use this if I had a scoop that was at least as small as an approximate serving size ( I get that powders settle, etc.) or of a fraction of one rather than having to use a scoop that is 4x a serving size! Please fix the scoop problem! Thank you!

This product, taken in what is known as the Mr. Happy stack) has helped me quit smoking and has improved symptoms of anxiety and depression rapidly. I haven't started it yet, but there is NO SCOOPER so hoe am I supposed to knoe how much im taking?? Thr last thing I want to do is take the wrong dose and either take too little to notice or too much to excreted. Please put a scooper!!!

I like that Nootropics Depot products are ISO certified analytical lab and cGMP certified production facility, and the only ingredient is Uridine Monophosphate . This form of Uridine works better if held sublingually under the tongue . I use for pre work out.

It really gives me a nice brain boost and more physical energy when I take a particular mg.

They don't give you a scoop and the actual dosage must be pretty small. I went through it way too fast because had no way to measure the recommended dose. Would not recommend.
