they worked pretty good, it shouldn't be any sturdy or thicker as it is, you just need to widget them in the slots correctly, very valuable and quick

Durable enough and works as intended
I lost my original set which was cheaper, but very flimsy. I took a chance on these, and I'm glad i did. They are made of thicker metal than the original set so they are noticably more durable but still thin enough to fit through the intended slots. The notches are in the correct place, so they snapped into place and I was able to remove my radio without any fiddling or trouble. The plastic around the loop makes them easier to work with also. I'm happy with the purchase.

These work as intended (for me at least)!!
I purchased these "keys" to remove a radio/CD player from my 2004 VW Passat to replace a blown 10A fuse on the backside. Shipping was fast, the (4) keys are made of relatively sturdy metal, not flimsy as may have been received by others, and worked perfectly. My radio actually has small horizontal slots in the (4) corners of the face specifically for insertion of the keys, which made removal a relative breeze. Hopefully this is a one-time operation, but I would strongly recommend these removal keys to others for similar applications. Peace!

Excellent quality. Got the factory radio removed from a 2004 Audi A4 on the first try. Would recommend.

Slightly oversized. Worked on Audi A3 Bose Stereo.
Worked on 2006 Audi A3 Bose Stereo. But they were a little too large and left some marks. If I could go back I would sand the flat side down just a little to make sure it didn’t leave any scuffs.
