Google Pixel 6 Case - Stormy Sky

price is a bit much for a phone case but i like the design and it fits well on the phone

This cover is aesthetically pleasing as it should be since it is an official Pixel cover. It seems durable enough. My only gripe is that it it a little too ridged and feels like it will eventually stretch and misshapen.

The adhesive between the silicon and acrylic frame started to work loose first around the volume controls making the case lok terrible. More recently, whilst not left in direct sun light but out in the summer heat the adhesive has started work loose on each corner making the case an even more terrible shape ballooning out. This was an expensive case, I had expected a quality product and not a land fill product. So disappointed. I have bought a cheaper case which uses a more traditional design which I have had with previous phones and these have had greater longevity, so fingers crossed with my next choice of purchase. Choose carefully. Save money and the environment.

I had it for about 2 months, so far no damage after a few light drops. The case is semi-transparent, the colour of the phone shines through. It's also difficult to take it off and put it back on. I would recommend it.

The case provides very good protection in a slim form factor, as you'd expect from OEM. The section above the camera bezel is large and flat enough to attach an ESR kickstand if you like to prop your phone up to watch videos etc, without interfering with wireless charging or hand comfort. Biggest issues are that the plastic yellows very quickly, and over time the edges will start to deform. Photo shows a comparison of a brand new item, and the one it is replacing from almost exactly 1 year prior. Despite technically having a 2 year warranty, if you try to claim under it, Google will only refer you to Amazon, who will obviously have no remedy given that you're going to be outside of the 30 day return window. For anyone it's relevant to, this case WILL NOT work with a Razer Kishi V2 controller, but WILL work with a Razer Kishi V1 controller.

The Pixel case from Google has been a disappointment. While it initially protected my phone, its durability and aesthetics left much to be desired. The case is prone to getting dirty and changes colour over time, detracting from the phone's appearance. Despite its price, its quality is surpassed by other options readily available in local markets. After extended use, the frame that maintains the case's structure broke, causing my phone to slip out even when simply holding it. This is the first time I've faced such an issue with a phone case. Ultimately, I wouldn't recommend this product.

If you want protection but want to keep the sleek, slim curvature of the Google Pixel 6 Pro then this is definitely the case for you. Made by google so it fits like a glove and offers good corner and camera protection with minimal, barely visible raised bevels. Nice grippy in hand feel and google logo on the back so people know its a pixel. Doesn't even look like there's a case on. I love it so much that this is my 2nd one. The only downside is it doesn't last a super long time, about a year or so. The rubber will start to peel away from the hard protective plastic over time especially the thin points near the cameras. Super glue mitigated the problem for a while but eventually the whole back started 'bubbling' up and just needed to buy a new one. Little pricey but just buy them used - like new for $15 these are more like open box items and you'll get what seems to be a brand new product. Will continue to buy these cases as long as I have my 6 pro.
