I received my order very quickly within a couple days. Half of the stones were perfect but half of them were not exactly what I was looking for. I reached out and asked if I could exchange half of the order. I received a response within a couple of hours, They offered me very fair resolutions, And promptly sent out replacements. Will one hundred percent do business with this company again. They've communicated with me every step of the way, Responding very promptly and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase...and omg LOOK at these stones! 3 are not great because more rock than gem but my replacmets are on the way! Edit... replacmets arrived today just 2 days after I first messaged them about the exchange and this order is perfect. They must have hand picked all 5 to ensure I was happy. This necklace is GARBAGE. Not worth the penny it’s sitting beside. I expect a much better quality. It’s SO SMALL and has NOT SPARKLE or prettiness whatsoever. Cheap and non-matching wire wrap as a connectors BAD PRODUCT BUYER BEWARE.

The stones are nicely finished and come in 3 shapes; round, pear and oval. I was hoping to get more banding in the stations because that is what I love about this stone but they are still quite pretty. They are approximately 18mm x 32mm Oval 23mm diameter for round and 32 mm x 23mm pear

We ordered an aquamarine. The stone almost looks like jade from a distance. It is a deep blue green mostly opaque stone. Im familiar with raw stones and know they come in a wide variety. However this is off enough that I question if we were not sent the wrong stone. This was bought as a gift for a loved one. They loved the necklace. I just wish the stone was more of what I expected.

I really love the shine I got on these; I was a bit worried about that, but all 3 of the pieces I got shine really nicely. They are pretty small pieces though, be aware of that. Not like... chips and crumbs, but like 1.5 cm by 1.5 cm, and that's for the biggest one I got. I'ma take one star off for the fact that I only got 3 pieces and they're small, but it's still a REALLY good purchase.

It looks as if you are getting a large amount of nice rocks, however I only got 2 stone's and the one was cracked. They were both Ugly in color and poor quality!
