Typically how long is this marshmallow root c/s good for? Worried that 1 lb will expire quickly.** A: No expiration date on the package, that’s what I concern too. But base on my past experiences, I would say put them in airtight glass container in a fridge would keep them fresh for at least couple of years. **Q: Hairs, slugs, and cigarette butts? Is quality control the reason this is so much cheaper than everyone else?** A: I have been buying this for a couple years, recently started buying it from Amazon, so far I have always gotten a clean product.
