The cover is attractive and it has a sturdy constructed with a secure zipper. It is also relatively thin and isn't as bulky as other binders. The interior features a pocket for loose documents and slots for business cards as well. It comes with a spiral notebook that slides smoothly into the side-loading slot. I use the cheap, back-to-school, 20 cent spiral binders with tear out sheets in this and it gives them a touch of class, disguising the fact I'm cheap and don't like spending over a dollar for a pad. Cambridge has created a fine, utilitarian binder suitable for business, school, or home at a bargain price. It also appears it will last a good long while. An impressive looking binder with class that rivals the ridiculously expensive leather ones that people with money to burn carry to meetings.UPDATE: Unfortunately, my usual source for 20 cent spiral notebooks seems to have raised the price to almost a dollar during this back-to-school season. I'm glad I purchased nearly a hundred of them last year but I will continue to search big box outlets for another supplier. This is certainly no reflection on the quality and value of the Cambridge portfolio under review here and it remains a tremendous buy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for my To-Do's and Meeting Notes *by T***T on April 8, 2014* I didn't pay attention to the product details when I ordered, so I was surprised how big it was, but it turned out to be the perfect size for what I need! I wanted to use it as a day planner that I can leave on my desk, and the regular sized paper has been perfect for my To-Do lists. That, and I love that it always lays flat so I'm not having to hold down the edges or anything like that. It also gives me plenty of room to take notes during meetings, and has pockets for any loose-leaf handouts I get and for my pen and business cards. The material feels high quality, and the color is just slightly darker than pictured, but I think it's very beautiful and professional looking. I purchased two of them, one in green and the other in blue. Both are excellent products. I especially like the two-tone color, with the top two-thirds in the designer color and the bottom third in black.Inside are four slots for business cards, and a place to keep loose papers. The notebook pad is the same color as the outside cover, a ice professional design. The only missing item is a pen holder, however when you look underneath the pad you'll find it!
