It’s crucial that you put your ground meat and other meat cuts into a food-grade receptacle as you work. Our heavy-duty meat bin is made out of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). It also won't crack, split, or warp when put in the freezer. This lug does more than just hold ground meat and game, it’s a great size for different cuts of meat while you butcher meat trimmings. It's also great for mixing sausage, mixing seasonings with meat for burgers, and for collecting fruits and vegetables during your harvest. Once you’re done using the lug, cleaning up is easy because of the smooth interior, plus it is dishwasher safe. This white meat lug measures 21-3/4" by 15-1/2" by 7" (including handles). You can also cover the meat lug with a lid for added protection and stacking (sold separately).

Review: Quality meat lug - I have several of these for processing wild game. They work great. Heavy duty, not much flex even when full. And easy to keep clean. The size is good for grinding up deer. You can find some cheaper, but I’m not sure if they are as sturdy as the lem. I only own the lem meat lugs. I would say they are worth the price.

I have several of these for processing wild game. They work great. Heavy duty, not much flex even when full. And easy to keep clean. The size is good for grinding up deer. You can find some cheaper, but I’m not sure if they are as sturdy as the lem. I only own the lem meat lugs. I would say they are worth the price.
