Since I’ve been sleeping on this I have wanted to be outdoors more than normal. When working from home OR just sitting outside on my deck. I have spent more time outside the past month than I probably have since the pandemic hit. I recommend this. I’m hoping to purchase the pillow cases in the near future. Grounding has influenced me to feel as if I am part of something bigger than myself and society. I feel more connected and at peace when I am OUTDOORS than ever before. Almost childlike.

I had no clue that I was getting a book and access to a documentary along with my grounding mat.! How wonderful?!I initially was worried that it would feel like I was sleeping on one of those plastic mattress covers, given the texture of the mat. I must say that it’s a totally different experience. I not only melt onto my bed, but I don’t feel or hear the mat ever, which is a common experience with the mattress covers. This does ground me - an early skeptic - and I’m so grateful for it in my life.

This product reminds me a lot of a copper bracelet. You don’t really know what’s working until one day you wake up and you feel better.

This was bout for my parents, they are thrilled so far. Only slept on it one night so far.
