Vizio 55'' is fantastic. I always love their TVs. Great to play my games. Set up was super easy, picture quality is amazing. Fits great where I had my smaller one. No damage at all. Weight was easy enough and attached to my swivel stand in minutes. Controller isn't as flimsy as has been described in some of the reviews I read. I can also use my remote from my other TV. Sweet buy.

When we finished my basement, my wife encouraged me to go for a TV much larger than we have in our living room. After comparing some 65 in models, I found this TV which seemed like a great deal for the price. We made the right call. the TV looks great and was easy to set up. I'm also glad that the Home screen is fairly customizable and lets you order your app shortcuts so it's easier to get to the apps you use the most that are not accessed straight through the remote (Hulu). I was also kicking myself because I didn't look to see if I could connect through Chromecast from my phone to run my Specturm app and save the $$$ of getting a 2nd cable box, but the TV's Smartcast feature works like a charm and I am able to stream through my Spectrum app. The only minor issue I have is now 2 of the last 3 times using the TV (we go down there only 1-2 times a week now in the summer), is that it was unable to connect to my Wifi network. The first time, I had to go into Network Settings like the error message says and reconnect, but this second time, a full reboot was needed. No big deal, but it was a minor annoyance. 5/5 would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free TV.

The delivery went perfectly smooth, and the TV was delivered on January 9. The earliest it could be delivered. The only problem I could find is that the controller doesn’t have a voice button. Just learning how to navigate the systems. It’s a very nice TV.

First things first - I've read that people have had issues with orders shipped by TY. My new set arrived in perfect condition and 5 days earlier than advertised. No complaints . So like most Vizios this model comes with the usual quirks and this one is no different with the biggest quirk being the remote... it's a bit vague in what it does until you've played with it for a while. This my 4th Vizio and I really like them.... sacrificing a few features to get a picture this good only makes sense, to me anyway. Colors are vibrant, blacks are really black. It seems Vizio finally put some reasonable speakers in this one and by itself sounds pretty good. FWIW - I don't normally use the TV speakers, I run sound using active studio monitors (which I now cannot use). This television has only an optical for audio out. With the older model of this TV one could select TV speakers, external speakers or a combined signal. Not anymore on this model - you can only choose TV or a soundbar. I had to purchase an analog to digital converter to get sound from my monitors. But... given the lack of audio outs you're kind of restricted in what.... or you could just buy a soundbar. And finally - setup was much more frustrating than it should have been. None of the prompts mentioned that during the online registration process, should you already have a Vizio TV or account it causes the registration process to loop back on itself and heaven help... I called tech support....no waiting to reach a tech, he was polite and efficient and walked me through the process. Worked perfectly. The Vizio provides an amazing display and I'm quite satisfied. A lot of value for the price. Make sure you have a helper... like most big flat screens it weighs a bit and it's a bit awkward (size). I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because of the remote and audio shortcomings.

So far, so good. Excellent picture and all the features you would expect. Broadcast TV tuner works well. All local channels are rock-solid. I bought this Vizio TV specifically for the analog stereo audio output. That feature, once common, has all but disappeared from the major manufacturers in recent years. The audio output can be configured as line-level or volume-controlled. I split the output to a headphone jack (general viewing w/volume control) and the stereo receiver and speakers (line level for movies and concert DVDs). Works great! The supplied remote is the bare minimum they can get away with. Yes, it works, BUT... I watch a lot of OTA broadcast TV. The supplied remote does not have a numeric keypad for selecting channels directly. No bueno! Yes, you can select channels with the navigation keys, but it's a very cumbersome process. But not to worry! Vizio has produced several full-feature remotes that will work with this TV. I bought the XRT136 online, and it works perfectly right out of the box. Just be careful not to press the WatchFree key. That will put the TV into a weird state that can only be fixed with a full factory reset. Ask me how I know. I don't use any Smart TV features, so I cannot comment on that. If this TV performs as-is for several years, I will be a happy camper.

Un poco decepcionado la verdad, no sabía que Vizio no tiene todas las funciones de smart home, acá en México.
