All springs re included legs, arms .... boxe jump board?????????

Hello, The Reformer Trap Combination comes with 5 springs for the Reformer, and 12 pairs of springs for the Tower part. It does come with a sitting box and footstrap. Jumpboard is not included.

I am concerned about the length for the use of the reformer. I am 5’10”
