There are quite a few chairs that look exactly like this BUT if you compare you will find that none but this Seating Plus have the 5 layer cushioning. That made a BIG difference for me. Fabric is beautiful. Sturdy and yet not big and tall dimensions. Very attractive chair and it's wonderful to have arms that flip up. Although assembly was relatively easy I would recommend being very careful with placing the seat on the piston. After I did it I remembered I learned somewhere that you have to push the seat down straight dead center. Once on crooked you can't take it off and reset The meager directions do not address this and I forgot until it was too late. The chair now wobbles and the seat cushion tilts up in the front which puts too much pressure on the back of my legs right behind my knees. Also it looked like the back locked straight up 90 degrees but it does not. Still need a small pillow for lumbar support but that's okay. Hoping it may settle in if not have to give it away and keep shopping. Think all of this is related to the seat position connection on the piston angle. Really is a nice chair overall.

This chair has a lot of potential - it is soft and comfortable to sit in! However, it has only lasted for one year and is now randomly dropping broken pieces of metal out of the bottom of the chair and the chair now tilts to one side like the supports are breaking down. (No; I am not overweight. I am a petite woman.) Because I have back and neck issues I actually use 2 different office chairs and rotate between them to give my muscles some relief. This means that this chair isn't even used on a daily basis and it couldn't last more than a year before breaking down? Ultimately disappointed in this chair!

I like this thing, despite the fact that it's stained with... warehouse dust? Since the color I bought was beige it was really obvious, probably stained because of the ripped wrapping. The arm rest padding are both attached to the plastic base with 2 screws, but mine, to be precise, left arm rest, one of the screw was loosen and it cannot be fixed since the drill hole for the screw is also loose. Other than those, I can't complain, for this price it's genuinely a good piece. And alot more flexible than it look. I can only imagine it being perfect if I received a brand new and not warehouse banged up chair. So I used super glue and some tapes to fix it. It's just so comfortable I can't be bother with warranty and support or replacement.

I was looking for something ergonomic on a budget for my chronic back pain. This chair is soon comfortable I could fall asleep in it. It fits me perfectly, but my husband is a hit heavy for it.

I've had this chair for almost a year now and the filling has not flattened out, it's still pillowy and soft. Not highly simple to assemble but it didn't take long. I was searching for an office chair that provided great comfort such as a mattress or arm chair, and this is that. My only complaint, is that you must lock the chair in place so that it does not rock. This is important to note, because I am only 115lbs, and yet have accidentally leaned all the way back in it, and my heals went over my head and chair falls back with me. This happened twice before I decided this chair would need to remain locked and no more rocking/leaning. Other than that, this chair is worth your money. Still feels good as new. I would buy two if I needed two.

The perfect home office chair! Very comfortable and soft!

I purchased this product as a replacement for an older broken-down office chair. While initially beautiful and comfortable and easy to assemble. In the short time that I have had the chair, it has already broken down to the point where you can feel the chair lean to the right and feel a hump in the middle of the seat. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money when you could buy a better quality product for just a small additional amount.
