Solid camera
Using it from sept 25 works great, does what it says, battery not really 19h but we alway charge it. We live in a 2400 sqft house with many thick walls and this cam has no connection issues.

Electrical outlet, battery is not working
Hello, we both this product and just started to use it: it needs to be plugged on an electrical outlet when it's writting it's working on a battery. Could we get an exchange or a refund please ? thanks a lot

Camera unit is not charging
Camera unit is not charging,needs continues AC current, which makes it useless... Now i want to return it,so as per Amazon i have to ship it to states myself which will cost me more than price of the whole product..i am disappointed in amazon...till now i liked its service

This is a great baby monitor that does not need to connect to wifi! It is super easy to use and the monitor has a good battery life on it. I use this when traveling and for the price, it really is a great product! I have yet to have any problems with it! While I do love it, I am not sure I would make this my primary monitor (personally) I feel the wire that connects to the monitor is quite short and getting the best angle would be a little difficult for full-time use. The picture is too zoomed in for me and I prefer to see the whole body. None-the-less, the picture quality is great and audio works well for a great price, I wont leave out of town without this.

Exactly what I wanted- no need to connect to WIFI. Image is clear- have not tried the distance yet but wish I had an option to change the plug head.

It looks like I was given a second hand item that was already used instead of something brand new. The plastic film clearly has been touched by someone else. Image quality is also poor. Very disappointing
